James Creelman is a management author and advisor specializing in the Balanced Scorecard. Dr David Norton, co-creator of the Balanced Scorecard concept has referred to James as the foremost chronicler and historian of the Balanced Scorecard movement . James is the Global Best Practices Advisor for ODI Indonesia. He is also Senior Business Advisor for the USA headquartered The Hackett Group, which provides best-practices-based and empirically proven advice to clients looking to drive world-class performance. James has written six major works on the Balanced Scorecard.

Naresh Makhijani is a senior consultant with the Indonesia-headquartered OTI(Organization Transformation International) and Director of the Singapore-based Balanced Scorecard Solutions.
