Susan Cartwright is Senior Lecturer in Organisational Psychology at the Manchester School of Management. She is currently Co-editor of the Leadership and Organisation Development Journal and Book Review Editor for Stress Medicine.
 


 

Susan has worked extensively with public and private organisations including Customs and Excise, British Gas, United Utilities, and Child Support Agency on a range of projects and her research interests and publications are in the area of occupational stress, organisational culture and change, particularly in the context of mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
