About the Author

Matthew Bransgrove is the principal of Bransgroves Lawyers, Sydney. He has practised solely in the area of mortgage law since 1998 and lectures in the subject at the New South Wales College of Law.

Marcus Young is a barrister-at-law and since 1993 has been in private practice at the New South Wales bar. He specialises in mortgage law, general equity and commercial law.
