About the Author

General Editor: Professor M G Bridge is a Professor of Law at the London School of Economics. His interests lie across a range of commercial laws, specifically international and domestic sales, contract, personal property, insolvency, secured transactions and private international law.

Professor Howard Bennett is a Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Nottingham. He lectures regularly on international trade law in Australia, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore and South Korea.

Francis Dawson is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Judicature of England and Wales. He is widely recognised as an expert in banking and finance and corporate and commercial law.

Professor Eva Lomnicka is a practising barrister at Four New Square Chambers and a Professor of Law at the University of London.

Louise Merrett is a Barrister of the Supreme Court of Judicature of England and Wales, a fellow of Trinity College, Cambridge and a Lecturer at Cambridge University. She specialises in the commercial aspects of private international law.
