She offers development solutions to individuals through mentoring and coaching as well as group interventions for staff teams. Anne retains her links with postgraduate programmes at City University through her association with the MSc in the Education Training & Development of Adults. She is co-author with Ian McGill of Facilitating Reflective Learning in Higher Education (1998); with Nic Beech, of Reflective Learning in Practice (2003);with Ian McGill of The Handbook of Action Learning (2004)and Facilitating Reflective Learning through Mentoring and Coaching(2006).
