The third edition of Staunton on Intoxicated Driving is a comprehensive update on the area of drink and drug driving in Ireland. It provides detailed analysis of recent significant cases and legislative updates since the last edition, including the Road Traffic Act 2016.

The book will also provide a user-friendly guide for court or reference use, together with the latest legislation and reference materials.
