Readership: The target readership for this book will be undergraduate and postgraduate students studying modules on equality and diversity as part of an HRM or general business and management course. These modules are usually delivered at level 2 or 3 at undergraduate level and tend to be an optional module. At PG level, these modules are more likely to be core, depending on the course.
