About the Author

Christine Irwin is one of the UK's leading practitioners in organization design and implementation with over 30 years' experience, most recently as a partner at Design to Change. She is a member of the Organization Design Forum and of the Organization Development Innovation Network. She holds degrees from Manchester Business School and Leeds University.
