She has played a major role in delivering Investors in People accreditation and reaccreditation. In a creative environment, where form filling is not high on the agenda, she found ways to ensure that employees had the answers to two key questions at the heart of Performance Management:What do you expect from me? And how am I doing? She currently lectures in HR and Business for the Hampshire Business School of Farnborough College of Technology.
