Linda Ashdown spent over 10 years working in Human Resource Management within the Media Industry.She has worked as HR Director sitting on the London Board of a major advertising agency and as an HR Director responsible for an EMEA region. She has extensive experience of Performance Management both at a Company Strategic level and at a grass roots level, supporting and coaching line managers in Performance Management tools. She has played a major role in delivering Investors in People accreditation and reaccreditation. In a creative environment, where form filling is not high on the agenda, she found ways to ensure that employees had the answers to two key questions at the heart of Performance Management:What do you expect from me? And how am I doing? She currently lectures in HR and Business for the Hampshire Business School of Farnborough College of Technology.
