This comprehensive looseleaf service provides clear explanations of the principal JCT Edition Standard Forms of Building Contract. Commentary, relevant legislation and a specially re-styled version of the contracts for ease of reference are all included in the set. Also included is a handy list of useful addresses and websites.

(Two titles comprising superseded contracts are still available. The first contains contracts from the JCT 1998 Edition (see Product Code SFBMW for more details). The second contains contracts from the JCT 2005 Edition (call Customer Services for more details)).

Currently two looseleaf volumes, five updates per year, invoiced separately.
