Details

Almost Every country now has domestic arbitration laws. Even if a nation is a signatory to an international convention, domestic law affects the conduct of arbitration within that country and, to a lesser extent, the enforceability of a foreign award. National Arbitration Laws will be the only resource to provide and compile the full text of laws from more than 100 countries and to also include such an extensive array of commentary and analysis on arbitration law and practice from around the world.  Current and up-to-date and currently covering over 45 jurisdiction and representing nearly 3,000 pages of commentary and analysis, National Arbitration Laws also includes a CD-ROM of all the arbitration laws featured in this work, in English translation where necessary.  This work is indispensible for anyone involved in international arbitration.
