Written by senior, practising experts in the region, it demystifies competition law for businessmen, lawyers and policymakers by concisely examining and analysing both existing and prospective competition laws in each country. Simple in language, ASEAN Competition Law not only explains the law but provides step-by-step guidance on important procedural matters.
