Dr Robin Huang is Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Conjoint Associate Professor in the Faculty of Law at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), Sydney Australia, as well as Adjunct Professor, China University of Political Science and Law. Dr Huang specialises in corporate law, securities regulation, financial markets, and foreign investment with a particular emphasis on China-related issues. He has been admitted into practice in China and has gained experience in Chinese company and commercial law while in private practice.
