Bruce Dravis has practiced corporate and securities law for 30 years, as outside corporate counsel and as General Counsel for a publicly traded semiconductor company that was acquired by Intel Corporation. He is Vice Chair of the Corporate Governance Committee of the American Bar Association’s Business Section. He has taught mergers and acquisitions for the University of California and writes and speaks often on securities, business and governance topics. He graduated with honors from Boston University School of Law. He currently resides in Chicago.
