Bruce Clarke BEc, LLM, GradDipMktg (Mons), Former Associate Professor and Deputy Head of Studies, Lilydale Campus, Swinburne University of Technology. Bruce previously held positions has Associate Professor and co-director of the National Centre for Corporate Law and Policy Research at the School of Law, university of Canberra and Head of School at Victoria University Melbourne.

Associate Professor Brendan Sweeney, PhD (Monash), LLB, BCom (Melb), lecturer, Department of Business Law and Taxation, Monash University. Before teaching Brendan was a solicitor in private practice and now lecturers at both an undergraduate and graduate level in the areas of commercial law, contract, company law, competition, consumer, insurance and international trade. Brendan is also the co-author of Law in Commerce, LexisNexis 2011.
