She is adept at managing the practicalities of embedding organization designs.She holds degrees from HEC Paris, Oxford University and University College London and is a member of the Organization Design Forum and was a founding Director of the Change Leaders.

Christine Irwin

Christine Irwin is one of the UK's leading practitioners in organization design and implementation with over 30 years' experience, most recently as a partner at Design to Change. She is a member of the Organization Design Forum where she served as an elected board member from 2001 to 2010; and is a member ofthe Organisation Development Innovation Network. She holds degrees from Manchester Business School and Leeds University.
