Since 1990, Alain Bensoussan has been exploring artificial intelligence and its legal framework to enable AI, a lever for economic growth, to develop within an ethical and regulated framework. After the computer revolution and the internet revolution, artificial intelligence is the 3rd digital revolution.

Intended for legal and technology professionals involved in implementing and protecting projects integrating artificial intelligence, this book analyzes the European regulation on AI, in order to facilitate its implementation as closely as possible to the concerns of professionals.
