James Kessler QC
James is a leading practitioner in the field of private client work. He is the founder of Trusts Discussion Forum, the author of the STEP standard provisions and of the book Taxation of Non-residents and Foreign Domiciliairies. In 2011 James received the Geoffrey Shindler Award for Outstanding Contribution to the Profession.

Tony Pursall
Tony practises both British Virgin Islands and Cayman Islands law. He advises trustees, private banks, international law and accountancy firms and high net worth individuals on a wide variety of commercial and private trust, charity and estate planning issues as well as associated company and regulatory law. Naresh Chand
