Land Law: Knowledge, Skills and Practice is a concisely written, easy-to-follow, structured introductory guide to Land law for students of the LLB and SQE, which also serves as a refresher for practitioners. It combines the knowledge components necessary for understanding Land law, as well as for developing broader legal skills. These include clear legal writing and the skills of extrapolating and breaking down complicated legal topics into more easily accessible and manageable points.

The book covers all the core topics of Land law, using a mixture of academic law coverage and worked practice examples in a unique chapter structure which presents LLB/ SQE1 and SQE2/ practice aspects as freestanding units.
